All menus require staff, this cost is extra according to which menu you select

Set Menus:
1 staff per 50 covers @ £60.00

Table Service:
1 staff per 15 covers @ £60.00

BBQs:
1 chef @ £80.00 per 50 and 1 serving staff per 50 @ £60.00

Canapes:
1 chef per 50 @ £80.00 and 2 serving staff @ £120.00 per 50

Hot buffets:
2 staff per 50 covers @ £120.00

All prices exclude VAT

Low numbers surcharge on all menus
Mercedes  below 60 = £60.00
Mercia below 100 = £100.00
